Raw, baked, broiled, grilled, smoked…. salmon is GOOD.

And it’s good for you too!


Today I enjoyed salmon at one of our favorite sushi places in Clackamas, Oregon.  It was served with a sweet wasabi sauce.


Salmon is part of our meal plan 3 – 4 times per month.
