Seriously, I cannot believe I just learned about coconut wraps last month. They are absolutely my favorite thing since discovering that I like zoodles. Only raw zoodles. Cooked zucchini still is on my “no” list.
I first tried the coconut wraps with a smoked pork and tangy coleslaw. I swooned and then ate another serving.
Then I decided to try with ham and cheese. Yup, still amazing.
Tonight I tried with boiled egg, purple onions and crisp lettuce blend and topped with a little vinaigrette. Divine.
At the rate I’m consuming these, I may have to put them on autoship!
You should try them! Unless of course you are allergic to coconut and then you should Not try them.
