Training using the Couch to 10k program is coming along. We are now mid-Week3.

 

A couple peeks at my first power walk and first run of the week:

I’ve started the mornings off with my yummy omelet (today with ricotta and fresh sage) and re-fueled after each workout with my Shakeology.
