It’s been in the upper 90s the past few days and honestly, the last thing I wanted to do was workout and sweat more than necessary.
My husband surprised me on Saturday with an above ground swimming pool deep enough to actually enjoy and low and behold!!! I can do water aerobics!
So I spent a bit of time perusing the internet to find out what goes on at a water aerobics class and what moves I wanted to incorporate that would require effort and challenge.
I’ve completed two workouts so far (plus lots of fun paddling about) and am excited to add this opportunity to my exercise options.
My arms and legs are sore this morning. Sore like I did weight training.
